Thank you for subscribing to Symbia. This policy explains how your subscription works, including billing, cancellations, modifications, and your rights as a subscriber.
By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below. We've designed our subscription program to be flexible and customer-friendly while maintaining fair pricing for all customers.

Full flexibility to pause, skip, or modify your subscription anytime

Billing & Delivery

Billing Schedule

Your subscription will be billed automatically every 30 days
You will receive an email notification before each billing cycle
Payment will be charged to the payment method on file

Delivery Schedule

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of billing
Delivery times vary based on your location
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships

Updating Payment & Shipping Information

You can update your payment method and shipping address at any time by logging into your account at trysymbia.com.


Modifying Your Subscription

We understand that your needs may change. You have full control over your subscription and can make the following changes at any time, after 2+ orders:
- Available Modifications
- Pause your subscription for any length of time
- Skip one or more upcoming orders
- Change quantity (increase or decrease number of bottles)
- Update shipping address
- Cancel your subscription entirely

How to Make Changes

- Online (Recommended):
Log in to your account at trysymbia.com
Navigate to "Manage Subscription"
Select the modification you'd like to make
Confirm your changes
Changes made online take effect immediately.

- Via Customer Support: You can also contact our customer support team at hello@trysymbia.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

Important Timing Requirement

All subscription modifications (including cancellations) must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next scheduled shipment.
If your request is received less than 3 business days before your next shipment:
Your upcoming order will process and ship as scheduled
Your requested changes will take effect after that shipment
This timing requirement exists because orders enter our fulfillment queue several days before shipping and cannot be stopped once processing begins.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please review the following policies carefully:
- Standard Cancellation (After 2+ Orders)
- Submit your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your next scheduled shipment
Your subscription will be canceled and no future orders will be processed
You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is complete

First Order Cancellation

Our subscription pricing reflects a significant discount compared to one-time purchase pricing. This discount is provided in exchange for an ongoing subscription commitment.
If you cancel your subscription after receiving only your first order, your order will be converted from the discounted subscriber price to the standard one-time purchase price. You will be responsible for paying the difference between these two prices.
This policy ensures fairness for all customers and prevents misuse of subscriber discounts for one-time purchases.
Cancellation Before First Order Ships
If you wish to cancel before your first order has shipped:
Your subscription will be canceled
If your first order has not yet been fulfilled, it can also be canceled, otherwise refer to our return policy
No price adjustment applies to unfulfilled orders


Pausing Your Subscription

You can pause your subscription for any length of time. When you're ready to resume, simply log into your account at trysymbia.com or contact us at hello@trysymbia.com.

Communication

By subscribing, you agree to receive:
Order confirmations and shipping notifications
Billing reminders before each charge
Important updates about your subscription or our products
You may opt out of promotional emails at any time, but transactional emails related to your subscription cannot be disabled.
